Refund policy

Returns:

To begin the return process, please send an email to nevaehgraceboutique@gmail.com or stop in store during business hours.

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of original payment or a digital Gift Card.
  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. 
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
  • Return Emails must be sent to begin the return process within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase).  If items are being returned in store, items must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchasing the item. For returned items past the 7 day return email period, the item is considered final sale. The 7 days start from the day the order was received by the customer. We are not obligated to accept any returns past the 7 calendar days.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable this includes shipping charges that may occur when shipping items back. 
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE. Graphics, Pre-Orders, and Custom items are also FINAL SALE. Customs/personalized items are final sale with no exchanges. Please triple check your invoice for accuracy.
  • All items past 7 calendar days of receiving order are FINAL SALE.

 

Defects or Damaged Items:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: nevaehgraceboutique@gmail.com.
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within the 3-day window and must include order number and images of the issue.

Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
